Education institutions expand London footprint by a fifth, says Knight Frank

Tertiary education institutions took 100,648 sq ft of London space in 2023, and 376,059 sq ft during the past 12 months, according to Knight Frank, which the firm said was “almost 20% above the annual long-term trend.”
