Welsh mixed used building with fizzy pop legacy sells for £291,000

A historic building in Porth, South Wales, formerly the headquarters of soft drinks firm Thomas & Evans and latterly Corona and Beechams, sold for £66,000 over the guide price at auction earlier this month.
