Soho Estates reports revenue rise but drop in property values for 2022-23 financial year

Soho Estates’ revenue rose £7.6m to £37.1m in the year to 31 March 2023, compared to the previous year, but the value of its property portfolio fell by £15.6m, according to its latest results.
