Manchester-based property company AM Sci Tech – a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings – has snapped up Aberdeen Energy Park and Aberdeen Innovation Park in an acquisition described by the firm as “one of the most significant property deals in Aberdeen in the last decade”.
