Longmartin Properties invests £4.5m in office space

Longmartin Properties, a joint venture between Shaftesbury and The Mercers’ Company, has undertaken a £4.5m investment in around 20,000 sq ft of high-spec office space at The Yards, in Covent Garden, across two locations, 14 Upper St Martin’s Lane and 10 Slingsby Place.
