Plans submitted for £1bn Stratford regeneration masterplan

A £1bn masterplan for Carpenters Estate in Stratford has been submitted to the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), proposing to deliver 2,152 new homes across a “left-behind” 23-acre site in east London.
