ADIA and Greystar buy Grosvenor’s Bermondsey site to build 1,500 homes

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and US firm Greystar Real Estate Partners are acquiring land in Bermondsey, south London, from real estate company Grosvenor to build 1,548 build-to-rent homes.
