Boreal IM names Koulouras as partner

Former AEW head of investment Nikos Koulouras has become a partner at Boreal Investment Management, which is assembling a €3bn (£2.6bn) logistics portfolio in a joint venture with Cadillac Fairview, the real estate arm of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund.
