CMA launches probe into GIC/Greystar’s Student Roost acquisition plan

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has started an investigation of Singaporean investor GIC and US developer and manager Greystone Real Estate Partners’ bid to acquire Student Roost, the UK’s third largest purpose-built student accommodation provider.
