Alliance Automotive takes 630,000 sq ft of Rotherham logistics park

A joint venture (JV) between real estate investor Europa Capital and developer Panattoni has signed a 25-year lease with vehicle parts distributor Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) for 630,000 sq ft at its Panattoni Park Rotherham site.
