Octopus and PIC later living JV buys debut site in St Albans

Senior Living Investment Partners, a joint venture between Octopus Real Estate and Pension Insurance Corporation Capital (PIC Capital), has made its first investment, buying a site in St Albans where it plans to develop a 124-home retirement community.
